@REDLINEZ750 you are so right REDLINEZ750 it is ridiculous that he has to do this at his age and with dementia. even if he didnt have dementia all of the employers would look past him as soon as they saw his grey hair!

my caseworker (?) at DES (job network) had a go about me not applying for the right jobs. After I did the right thing by them. Just went back on sick cert 3mths so dont have to deal with them, they were reasonable like 12mths ago, getting a bit weird now.

I also read that just applying for DSP gives an exemption from mutual obligation while application is in progress.knowing cenno would be good for 3mths at least, then could keep appealing it, probs take it out to a year, then go back to sickcerts, then apply DSP again, rinse and repeat .. lol ..problem .. Solva 'd,...lol

@TAB TABs you are a genius! i will be seeing him this weekend and will put what you have said to him. the only prob is that he forgets what i tell him right away. i dont know why has hasnt gone for dsp he would qualify i am sure but he gets old age pension next august so maybe he is waiting to that.

think they might still back pay from when you applied @Bunniekins thats nearly 12mths @$600/mth extra thats $7000 missing out on .. write it down for him. get someone to do application for him guess
