that is a shame @Bill16 how is it going getting the SS Ute? umm the motorbike is a hyosung comet 650 49 HP v twin. they top out at 210kph lightweight and based on a suzuki sv650 as they made the engine on contract for suzuki. they have a bit of a bad wrap because they are korean and not a well known brand. they did use some cheap parts but the suzuki parts bolt straight on.

everyone i know said keep the Jeep @Jacques so i guess thats what ill do,i know i sound like a broken record about buying a Maloo,guess im a bit of a dreamer mate

@TAB Wow that is really hair raising.

Once with another friend of mine, also on a Kawasaki 1000cc but not hotted up, we took a s bend at 190 km a hour, and while we were both basically touching the ground taking it, we hit a stone with our back tire and the bike tire rolled along with it.

Boy i really prayed hard the following seconds, terrifying both of us trying to rescue the situation out of instinct. Stupidly we were both in shorts, going to the beach. We missed the gravel edge by millimetres and somehow my friend and me managed to correct the back wheel slipping from under us.

As my friend told me before we took of for the beach he loved going fast with me on the back for he knew i knew how to ride along in the corners. We never did again!

Personal i reckon had nothing to do with either me or him, but a Divine hand keep us upright, for in my experience with bikes it was impossible that we did not crash.

thank you @Bill16 that is so kind of you to say. i hope i can get another one to restore and actually be able to ride. i have been watching this guy on youtube, he got his motorcycle license, new rider, bought a small capacity Kawasaki KLX and went on a trip through alaska. just travelled light, a tent, sleeping bag, some food and a change of cloths. it would be so cool to be able to do that around Australia. travel light and just enjoy the sights. if you want to check him out i will post the link on youtube.
