@StuF tbh with you StuF everytime which thankfully isnt often where i forget something and dont remember that i have forgotten it i am like OMG!. it must be very scary for him. i eat my blue berries and peanuts and pray to whatever that that is not my journey. i think i could face anything else than losing my mind like that.

My GP was quite receptive and is pleased that I'm trying alternatives to my medication which we agreed to stop as it wasn't helping at all.

@Taali that is wonderful. i tried the herbal route then the meds and they only work for so long i find. self med thingy i think helps. post meno is a b lets face it but it could be so much worse.
