@TAB s yes hmmm Port Stephens is windy? sounds good to this lil brown bunny! i love ceiling fans and air con and ill take a pedestal fan in every room. we face west here is so hot in this unit. if i ever get the opportunity to buy it will only be north east that is for sure!

had solar panel guy tell me my computer was 45deg out like I didnt know where North was..

anyhoo .. morning sun on back of house, afternoon on side, then gets to front of house.

I never believed in 'north' BS .. coolest part of house by far is east .. go figure haha

will get carport soon hope, to block afternoon sun from hottest side of house

then back verandah phps, will keep the direct morning sun off house, walls mainly..
