i was denied the medications i need and have got me back on my legs again. Which is going to became a major issue in my life shortly and undo years of progress and bring me a perpetual down. Sacry.

Our ex foster daughter heard that of her main abusers has been arrested. So that was really good news for her but also knocked her for six the negative side of it all.

i have a doctors appointment at 9:30am

A the real estate agent is coming today at 11am to value our property.

So a full on day for me today i was very nauseous before i hope i be okay going to town after.

Well I hope you can be well enough for your doctors appointment.
