Yeah, the Swans saga was pretty bad. Obviously, if they did anything illegal (or hurtful etc) then they should have their a$$es handed to them. But if they were 'just' stupid young men with too much money...hey, it's gonna happen.

But, I was/am very angry that my safe haven in this messed up world - sport - was dragged into the realm of Bad Stuff that makes up so much of the news...

Still, if that's the worst thing in my life then I'm doing alright, I know.

@StuF yeah as said i wondered how you were coping with it all. hopefully as you say maybe they were just stupid young men with too much money but we shall see how the saga pans out. lesson to all the players though. to everyone for that matter. hard when you are young though. the things i did when i was young and somehow survived to tell the tale is amazing i really did have an angel on my shoulder :)

I sorta know some people who reckon they know things that are Very Bad re that night at the Pullman Hotel. Personally I'm waiting to see what the police come up with...

But yeah, if I'd had that money at that age I would have likely done even more stupid shit than I did! Not to other people I think, but yeah

Hopefully lessons are learned...by the players, by the club and by the AFL...and, as you say, everyone really

@StuF hmmm well it will be interesting to see if it all comes to light. that's right you were a bit of a wild child weren't you in your youth. omg i really was my mum once told me she was ready to put me into a girls home!
