Their video reminds of my youth when as a 17 year old i dared go to the pub in town next door on a Saturday night. And as i was sitting there drinking my beer at the bar. Some gave me a shove from behind and rudely told me to make place for him.

When i turned around there stood a dwarf with a few sexy looking girls beside him. Now to get the dynamics right. i'm 6.2 inches tall. Very broad shoulders and i had already done heavy physical work for years. In other words that dwarf stood no chance, and he knew it.

So i told him to piss off and leave me alone. No sooner had i challenged him and at least 4 massively body build guys came from nowhere and ganged up with the dwarf. Boy did that hit home. i knew i was strong but 5 against 1, i knew i was out numbered and in big trouble. And the alarm bells were ringing full on. (To be honest i cannot remember if i prayed to Jesus but that would not surprise me if i had for i almost always do when i get into trouble.)

Then from a few seat further a voice rang out. Hey you guys you better know that boy is one of ours, you dare touch him and you are dead. Surprised i looked up. And then i saw about 8 or 9 guys from my village. They were a few years older than me. In the past they had hated me, and some of them even chased me to harm me.

Yet unknown at the time by me, they hated that dwarf and his gang, for they were real trouble makers, and these guys were going to put a stop to that. (Which happened a few months later after they based my cousin up really badly. They went to his house with about 40 people and in front of his mother gave him a bit of physical talking to. i never seen him again after that. i think he might have moved.)

This is how Jesus saved me out of a very tacky situation, not the first time He did that either, neither would it be the last.

So their sweet bitter video always reminds me of that time and how Jesus got me out of trouble in such a surprising way.

@DownMoreThanUp Good morning DownMoreThanUp i have had what i would describe as my little voice on my shoulder warning me throughout my life. is that what you would describe as Jesus talking to you? xx

@Bunniekins i love how you say that but i doubt very much we are talking the same Jesus here. See Jesus in my life does not lie or deceive me. He is totally trustworthy, unlike the crap i hear in my head which only ever lies, even when such voices use real truths to do so.

i have voices in my head when unwell, but Jesus is never one of them. As a matter of fact Jesus speaks from out of my heart. and when He speaks He speaks through the truth of God's Word, never confusing, or contradictory babble. Finally, in my life, when Jesus speaks to me there is never confusion in my mind afterwards, only ever clarity, for when Jesus speaks it is always like revelation to me.

So in my life no way is The Voice of Jesus the same as the dark one. For the dark one used to whisper in my right ear, possible who you term as Jesus in your life. For the dark one loves pretending to be important, and often uses the name of God or Jesus to deceive those he is trying steal their good life/sanity from. Or those other voices in my head, speaking from seats of importance, every single one of them only ever lies and/or abuses. Such a pity it took me so many years to realise how this was so.

To be truthful my dear friend i wish you and anyone, but particular schizophrenic people, the Voice of Jesus. The many times He saved my life or got me through a hell of a time in one piece. And all to often not just in one piece but i come out of the ordeal better than i went into it.

As such is the one i call Jesus. Furthermore i know, that although there many who claim to know Jesus in this world, there are non schizophrenic people who hear Him in their hearts. They all testify the same thing as me. The Voice of Jesus in their lives saved them from their predicaments and taught them to love the truth of God's word. i always find that when i meet such people we know the same Jesus and He says the same kind of things to them as He does me.
