I'm sorry you're feeling so lonely and forsaken @DownMoreThanUp. Did you know your wife was going away? Is she visiting family?

You were talking earlier about being less dependant on your wife and letting her do her own thing. Maybe this is a test for you. In the big scheme of things, a week away may be just what she needs.

Will you still communicate throughout the week? I imagine life is very different and difficult for you at the moment, without your wife!

Oh, @DownMoreThanUp You know that blaming yourself is of little value. It will only make the depression worse!

i was overwhelmed by self hate. i get that at times when i suddenly cycle from one mood into another. The depression levels were crippling right off, and i began to doubt all the things i had placed my love, faith and hope in, and despaired having to survive without my wife loving me through it.

So hard to let go of such good support. She has been so good for so long. We all need a break from me like this......that was the scary bit!😱

Luckily Big Brother 😇 Came Back just in time to put things straight.

Still pretty down but back in control. i most likely will be depressed for awhile yet, seeing i had such an extended anxious time the last few days, and also so intensive! i know this usually means the depression will stick for a bit.

@Mustang67 how do you have your hair? i dont know what to do with mine tbh. i have these very conservative women in my life saying keep it short. whereas i feel i want to grow mine out a bit more at least to my shoulders. idk what to do with it.....
