I have to wonder what Iva's voice is like now. Did you enjoy seeing them? I saw Wendy Matthews in January. Do you remember her? Voices obviously deteriorate over time (40 years) but still good to see her!

Apart from having brain fog, I've been trying to stay positive!

I've been walking every morning for the last week. I was with the fisherman on the wall at 7.30 this morning. I usually get up at 5.30.

I reward myself afterwards with a double shot latte up town, which I can't really afford but oh well! I haven't walked since my dog died in 2023 so walking is a really big thing for me! I see it as an investment in my mental health! Worth the money.

@heartathome the name Wendy Matthews certainly rings a bell, but if you asked me what she sang, I would have no idea.

A massive congratulation on trying your best to stay positive and going on your walk every morning for the last week. That is so awesome. I am so proud of you❤️ I know it would be hard at first without your dog by your side 😥 You are exercising, and that is great for your mental health.

I love walking, but because of my chronic back issues I can't walk. But I am hoping in about a month's time, I will be given the all clear from my surgeon to exercise and lift weights. I suppose that is one good thing about having to move into a caravan at my mum's place, I can now afford to spend the money on building up my leg, arm and back muscles, so I can start to walk again, and enjoy nature.

And you definitely deserve to reward yourself with a double shot latte. I think giving yourself a little reward like this, helps keep you on track, as you know that you have to do the hard work, to obtain the delicious reward.

@TAB I got to say that this guy does the best Denny Dias solo lead, that I have ever seen.
