@StuF i mean it's meant to be a time to celebrate but I'm struggling to see any joy in things at the moment. I'm not looking forward to sitting in amongst a whole heap of people so my anxiety is high thinking about that. Just gotta breathe and try to get through it the best I can.

I hope it goes ok. As you said, breathe and do your best. And if you need to leave (and can, sensibly) then leave. You need (as I know you know) to look after yourself

I don't know why I love listening to melancholy songs. I have abandonment issues and sometimes cry because of the lyrics. It is a good release for me, though. I think it's a way of me processing my life.

I usually post on the other music thread about how I'm feeling at the moment. I hope I'm less likely to trigger people on there with my style of music. Here's a slow one on a positive note.
