@StuF no we are safe here but near my eldest he is stuck they have closed the main road out atm. in fact might be the only road out come to think of it. he is sitting tight.

@heartathome i have an email sitting there can i run it by you before i send. i dont know if it is too harsh.

the support button saga has been going on now for months with no permanent resolution. sometimes it works mostly not if it didnt work at all that would be better than this on off situation. it is ridiculous. my eldest son is a techy maybe you should hire him to fix the problem as the current techys obviously dont have a clue.

What can I say @Bunniekins I'm still laughing! It's very straight forward and to the point. I love it but here's something to think about.

(It may be a bit aggressive) I think it's hilarious, but I don't think they'll appreciate it. I think that last statement should go to SANE itself. I would still send it if that's how you feel.

Good on you for doing it! I'm so frustrated with what it's supposed to be - *SUPPORT* ! I kind of agree with you that we'd be better off without it but I don't want to see that happen. 💛

@Bunniekins I was just telling my partner the other day, how many bands that I have seen live in concert, and Dire Straits came up. I think this was one of the first that I saw. I can still picture the front of the album at the time the concert was playing. So here is an oldie for you all.
