@ENKELI Oh i like that one, i hadn't heard that one yet. i thought i knew most of their songs.

Struggling to get my mind to stop sis. i have had really bad sleeps ever since Sunday and it is not improving and becoming harder and harder to stop thinking even though i'm exhausted.

A real pain.

@DownMoreThanUp not good that you haven't been able to sleep. I take it medication is not an option?
I have the opposite problem, I am always tired.

I found that song by accident, in fact I didn't even know it was a cover the first time I heard it. Definitely better than the original lol!

@ENKELI Last time i took a sleeper i slept just over 2 hours ,and then felt like crap for the next four hours or so trying to get the cob web out of my mind. Such times are far more dangerous psychosis wise than awake able to process at 'the speed of light' for my mind is sharp.😁 It is about staying in touch with reality.

However i'm considering trying it again tonight. It is about learning to deal with input without letting it stir me up.

Easier said than done tho!
