@Bunniekins what frustrates me the most is that it will work on my phone but not on my laptop, then I go back to my phone and it's stopped working! I think it's a deliberate plot to keep us on our toes lol!!

@Bunniekins having worked in IT myself I know exactly how frustrating it can be. You think you've fixed the issue and it goes pear shaped 2 days later.
But no matter how frustrating it is for the IT people to try and sort out the issue, it's the users who end up going grey overnight having to deal with it! 🤣
