@TAB honestly TABs 26 degs is insane i couldnt cope with that!

was talking about health to psych other day they asked me to show them my feet. Not good esp left one looks terrible.will try and get ontop of it, it used to come and go , but staying now and getting worselike all red. @Bunniekins got to walk more feet up more, wear stockings more often. I hadnt worn them ina few days. Iused to be an okay swimmer @Bunniekins

not had proper swim in years now, cant anymore,not used to it now plus too unhealthy. would be good to get started again

@TAB s maybe you have cellulitis re red skin on feet. maybe you should get a course of antibiotics always a good idea i think to have some in the house anyway and ffs TABs wear those goddam socks! i have mine on right now and yes i know they can be uncomfortable in the heat but is only way to get rid of lymphatic fluid and yes walk move and eat healthy and drink water. has the doc got you on diuretics? make sure you are on them so you can pee out excess fluid. where would you be without me nagging at you 😄 x

You too @Bunniekins it's not 26 in house. Kitchen low 20s maybe . Bedroom almost cool tho. Meds make me sun sensitive so prob makes feet look worse w reddish 'tan' can see thong strap lines. Way lighter

@Bunniekins I can't listen to it now as I have just been taken to hospital via ambulance with gallstone issues. Will try and catch up when I am feeling better.
