Well we just had a week off. Now we are into term 4 starting tomorrow. My studies have been going really, really well. The lecturer randomly asked what the 5 principles of trauma informed care were the other week and without even thinking I rattled them off. Later I was wondering how many other people in the class remembered them lol. Safety, Trust, Choice, Collaboration and Empowerment. I have never failed a role play yet and only have 3 of those left to do. I do well in my written assessments and my prac supervisor at SANE is happy with my performance. So I think I am doing ok.

I'm so glad to stuck with it even when things were tough.
I've just finished a course in Working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, and I hope to finish a drug and alcohol addiction course too. So I'm happy that my studies are also chugging along
