I didn't realise how much the lack of sun affected me until we had a day of sunshine last week! It was wondrous!

Unusual weekend here @tyme

We have had 3 lots of visitors over the weekend

Been to the dump

Watered all the gardens daily

Planted new plants in the garden

Mowed our lawn and my aunties lawn

@tyme oh yes, Melbourne isn't the warmest place is it? I like the resilience of Victorians, one drop of rain here in Perth and people stay in, not wanting to get wet. Melburnians take it in their stride and go out despite the wet.

I hear you about lack of sunlight. That's where I find my light therapy lamp beneficial. I was sceptical at first but after hearing someone on Sane mention it (thank you so much however you are, I'm sorry I don't remember you 😞 ) I decided to get one. I have used it several times this past winter and it has improved my mood. I'm pretty sure I bought it from Amazon and it was under $30. Given I inherited depression and anxiety from my father, he also suffers from SAD so it would make sense if I am affected to I guess.

I'll need to start prepping dinner shortly, I am craving veggies so I am about to see what's in the crisper. Yummy. Veg!
