Despair *potential trigger: abuse*

Despair *potential trigger: abuse*

Hi

I have been diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety, social anxiety, and depression.

I saw a trauma psychologist for 10 months twice a week, but she stopped seeing me when my safety became an issue while processing the trauma.

My symptoms are so bad now I isolate myself in the car everyday to avoid triggers and flashbacks. Unable to go to strange places, talk to people. Just don't belong anywhere. Anxiety so bad I shake most of the time, chest pain and hard to breathe... This isn't living......

I'm too damaged to be helped, I have tried but no one will help me..... They just tell me its too complex and they are unable to help. I don't know what do do I have no support isolated, alone and scared....

Hi My Angel,

I hope you managed some rest last night, i didn't, i was too excited about your big news, i have not been this excited for so long, you have brought me joy i never thought i would feel again, have i told you how proud i am of you?

I was thinking about your youngest having a bad temper, is their a way you could try to get her to channel that anger into something creative, maybe painting, sewing, crafts? i hope their psycologist can find a way for her to channel the anger, or proccess whatever is upsetting her to try to move forward.

i hope you have a sunny day today and get out into the great outdoors, you and the girls, you said last night you where wishing it was sunny, so i hope today is the day.

well i fitted some gas struts to all the screen doors of the house this morning, i am sick of trying to shut the doors when i have a handfull of tools, so i thought self-closing doors where a good idea.

am having a quiet afternoon, maybe thisafternoon i have to go for my weekly outing, should send my blood pressure up, oh boy it was high last night 149/80, mum thinks i should go to the doctor and see about it, i might wait untill i have to go again in 5 months.

well i suppose i had better leave you to it, have a nice sunday

Re: Despair *potential trigger: abuse*

Hi Jacques

You are the first person that has ever been proud of me. It means so much.

My youngest and her temper, I have bought her a punching bag, stress balls, lots of activities to distract. So sad to see her distressed.

Wow blood pressure that's not good at all Jacques. I thought mine was bad at 125/110.

You must be able to feel when it's that high. I get headaches, dizzy, chest pain. Please if you can go see the Dr a bit earlier. I understand how difficult it is for you to go but I don't want anything bad to happen to you j I care too much about you.

Are you on medication for your blood pressure.

Some anti depression medication can make your blood pressure high. I'm not sure what type of meds you are on.

Please Jacques for your mum you need to take care of yourself.

I also remember that you will have to see a different Dr he may have some ideas on how to make your life I bit easier. You are worth it.

Take care

Karen

Hi My Angel,

Oh my yes, it will sink in when you get the keys, so exciting, remember you don't need to push yourself, take your time, the renos will always be their

Wow, a heart shaped cake and a bike ride, i usually eat the cake and miss thebike ride , seriously i am so glad you managed a nice sunny day, it is so good to here you and the girls enjoying the outdoors.

Yes i was in the garden, and in the shed, well, it was not fun but very rewarding, i had to break up some old stuff, and do some watering.

Karen i will do all i can to help you get some sort of payment, just let me know what i can do, i ca nhelp with online claims, i can direct you to the web sites so you don't have to go into centerlink, but you are right you will need to sort it out soon. i am sure it is scary, but i bet it is a little exciting.

i will not be able to stop all week telling you how proud i am of you, i am just so excited for you.

yes it is a shame, i know you will give her all the love you can, you just need to give her time to adjust and work through her problems.

No Karen, i am not on medication for my blood pressure, but yes i get dizzzy, chest pains and palpitations, and if my anxiety gets real bad, i see black spots in my vision, but i have only had that happen 3 times.

Yes i thought it was the anxiety medication or my panic attacks, but it seems to be high all the time.

Karen i am not lucky enough to have a heart attack, i am destine to suffer, i will try to see the doctor earlier, i just have to get the motivation to go, i see any doctor now, i am not to bothered on getting a regular doctor, i am worried they will want to get me help again, i don't think i can go through it again, to much stress and pressure.

take care, stay strong my angel

Hi Karen,

I hope everything is going alright, i thoguht i should send you a message this morning since i have been a bit lazy lately, i didn't go for a walk this morning because i didn't get to sleep till 2am, will try to do some excercises at home.

well the electrician is comming today to look at what has to be done, looks like i will have a panic attack again, so frightened of people, especially having to talk to them.

Well i hope the day treats you well, i am thinking of you, my angel.
