I’m deeply sad about my break up with my ex and first love

I’m really struggling with my mental health after my ex and I broke up. It’s been devastating; the pain is so deep, it even feels physical at times.

Firstly welcome to the forums and thank you for reaching out. I'm so sorry to hear about the sadness and loss you are feeling after this break up.

I'm sensing there is a feeling of profound grief which is absolutely natural.

As you connect with others, I hope you find a way to work through some of this hurt so that you can go back to living the life you ideally want.
