Never offended @Koa30 🙂 I sometimes forget to respond to parts of posts (or multiple people from multiple posts). I think we all do it sometimes. 🙂
Travel is what i save my $$ for in terms of discretionary money. Im not into make-up, alcohol, buying-games (i'll play what i have, am given or borrow though), or newest tech... travel is my motivation to keep working instead of letting myself "fall into a heap". When I get really unwell mentally I usually get told "plan your next holiday!" to give me something to keep my eyes on.
I'm really sorry to hear you're too sick to travel. 😞
Is it a temporary thing? Or likely to persist for the future too? (Its also ok to not want to say/share! I dont mean to be prying)

Oh that all makes sense 😁. And no unfortunately it's permanent 😭. Maybe I can go to countries not too far from Australia like some Asian ones or new Zealand but sadly I'll never get to Europe again.

Hi @Koa30
I'm sorry about the diagnosis, it's never nice to have it happened.
Perhaps it can be a good thing too. It might answer some of your questions about yourself.
I know when I was diagnosed with c-ptsd (amongst other things) it made so much sense. It made me realise I wasn't going crazy, that the symptoms I was having fitted into the diagnosis. It was also something that my psych and I could work on.

Hey @Koa30 ,
How are you feeling about it?
I hope that having the diagnosis can help you and your psych/supports have a better understanding of how to best help process and treat your mood/thoughts/etc, and which strategies are more likely to be effective etc.
Having a diagnosis today does not make you any different from who you were yesterday without a diagnosis. You are still you, and every person experiences things abit differently, so a diagnosis is really just a cluster of symptoms that help them group "similar" together - which can help with research, treatment methods, etc.

Sorry for not being around much everyone i have had a lot on .
I have lost a very good friend due to having to protect her by Purposely lie to her by creating a fake account on tik tok to sort of make her stop messaging me for her own safety it sound very odd however I had to do it unfortunately.
Hope everyone is well

Hi @Koa30
Nice to see you on here.
The good thing about these forums is you can be on here as little or as much as you want and there will always be someone to talk to.
Sometimes we have to make really hard decisions. Sounds like that happen to you with your friend.

I'm sorry for the loss of your valued friendship @Koa30 . Indeed sometimes these things happen, and he have to find a way forward in life.
As Snowie said, there is no pressure to be on here more or less regularly. It is totally up to you and what you feel like at the time. 😊
Do you have other good friends that you can spend time with and that provide support to you also?
