@Shaz51 Hello lovely how are you? It’s been warm and sunny here. Just got myself an orange juice. It’s been a pretty boring day for me. Been at home haven't really done anything. I’m now trying to find info online on how I can stop feeling so rubbish and trying to see if there’s any decent MH professionals that can help. Hoping with the sun setting I might have a shower. Always feel better after a shower.

I've just gotten home from a family celebration for my Grandad's 90th birthday.

I'm absolutely exhausted and my head is pounding. I'm on the couch, wrapped up in my weighted blanket.
