Exciting news

I didn’t know where  else to put this but I wanted to let my mates know here that I just recently got a promotion at work, I put in the effort and got a good return back 

I will be  Lead Gardener when I go back to work from family leave, which means I will still be on the tools but get to help out with a few operational things a bit more including the opportunity to make some more decision around what some of our spaces look like, and also mentor our very small team which will eventually include an apprentice, and we identified a few things I could do with some improving on which they can help me with 

One thing I really want to achieve is working with some of the higher up people to have our grounds and spaces reflect culture better, even like artwork on outside walls or plants 

Im really happy and this will really help my family as it’s a pay bump and at least an extra day, sometimes two,

maybe I will get my landcruiser one day if I can keep it up
