My feelings about parents (expressing what I feel)

My feelings about parents (expressing what I feel)

As a 14 year old I witness my parents fighting everyday, it could be over the most smallest things. I have a little sister that gets yelled at a lot and I do try to stop it but the cycle happens and I don’t know what to do (no she doesn’t get hurt) but despite being physically okay being yelled at a lot can affect a child easily and it’s been affecting me by witnessing all this. I have a dad that never thinks about my feelings or anyone else’s feelings but his own like when I express anger, sadness towards him he just laughs it off and says that I’m just like my mum he doesn’t understand how much that hurts me to hear that bc I don’t wanna be anything like her. I don’t have anyone to talk to about this. I usually just cry in silence all the time not wanting to be heard but needing to be heard in a different way.
