sunny and cold here. lots naps and eating today.sort of healthy lol. couple movies on tonight, an ancient 007 one, mr connery in the rock(was a really good movie think) and another scary one

got DES appt tomorrow,(shaking my head) as forgot to get sick cert when had drs appt friday. Its really become pointless going there. I dont want to have to deal with them any more

@Shaz51 A nice quiet one, did my usual morning meditation and mantra, opened the present from my mum and sister, answered some messages, did some paperwork, went out bought some candles and incense, doom scrolled and here I am, oh and replied to a short message from my two eldest, lol at least they remembered. oh and had to wash the cats bed after she stank the room out after being a piggy with her biscuits.
