You don't need to be "good" at art to do art therapy, it's just a different way of expressing your thoughts that doesn't involve words

yeah appointment… bit in it, probably not a good thing when you hear the specialist gasp while inspecting your eyeball

I do not have a coffee machine. Now that I am retired I may think about investing in one!

Mmm that doesn't sound good about your eye, do you lknow what the problem is?
