gloomy day so enjoyomg a black coffee with vanilla syrup try perk up a bit after an assesment that kept me up all night and anxious all day is in the rear view, might compliment it with some white chocolate actually

@Cuddlebear, rain hey! How’s the weather looking now? Are you also having a chill day? What does a chill day look like for you?

I did get the donna cover washed, dried etc just hung the cover out and another load of washing in- so no rest for the poor washing machine today 😅.

I also re made the bed with everything on it. Massive achievement for me, I find it a big effort to deal with the bed sheets and doona then remaking everything haha.
I didn’t get to the shops but had a double expresso iced coffee in the fridge left over that I brought for camping so that was convenient to have in the fridge for days like today 😆

I hope your work day has been good @AlwaysMyself 🙂, did you also have a dare iced coffee today? I like that brand!

I love your idea of meal prep, I use to do that too but haven’t for a while ☺️. What are you planning to cook?

aww that's honestly the best excuse to stay in bed. i agree, maccas frappes are so good, i love their coffee one too! not much on today, might go gym and clean up my closet a bit! how'd you go with the washing?

I hope she can as well. I'm not too sure where she's currently at but I do hope that it's somewhere within the middle of her filing an IVO against her bf or something. Knowing Australia today the legal justice system is weak so its saddening and messed up how much the innocent citizens have to suffer because the system only favours the offenders over the innocent..

Yeah I haven't been volunteering at all for a while so I'm gonna see where else I can really head to now at the moment. I would kind of like to go back to volunteering at FoodBank but I need a support worker to come with me as I find that going alone gives me major anxiety than if I'm with someone else. I also hate using public transport really early in the morning and travelling to places that are far from where I live so that's another reason for that. I'm currently out of the NDIS funding at the moment and so I have to wait until my plan gets reassessed.

l[ng blacks basically just couple espressos wiith water for volume and yeah the vanilla gives it more appeal as does easier to drink if gets cold than is with milk.

maccas actually have nice coffee for it just have to be careful with them or ask for cubes of ice as they will hand it to you straight out of machine scalding hot

I have an exam coming up next month but I don't think I'm gonna put in the effort to stay for it because.. I dont know, why do we have exams in some or a few of the units in my degree? 😅 luckily for this unit you only need to achieve a minimum of 50% overall, so that means even if you fail an assessment (such as an exam included) you can still pass the unit. 😄

@REDLINEZ750yes i am, got my hoodie on! hope you're keeping warm too.

ahh i see. do you find that drinking long blacks helps keep you awake? omg it gets that hot!? i'll definitely give it a go next time i go maccas, thanks for the tip!

heyyy @Blackcloud ooo that's so good that you only need 50% overall to pass, love when units are like that. do you feel confident you'll achieve the minimum 50% without doing the exam? i'm surprised the exam isn't a hurdle requirement, my uni always made us attend 🙃 but that could just be my uni.

Yes I hope she’s been able to find safety too. Services are totally over stretched so it’s hard even when you reach out.

Ah thats not good you’ve run out of NDIS funding. How long have you been waiting for reassessment? When does your plan expire?
