Relationship with my children

I have four adult children. My three eldest children have cut me from their lives.

For over 20 years I have tried to share my life with them. Now I have given up. I feel very broken hearted 💔

All family dynamics and relationships are different but there is a troubling social trend in cutting off family members.

It can be heartbreaking to experience. Especially a parent’s relational aspect is difficult to separate from self care. Sometimes there is little else to do than focus on self care and growing other connections. Try and hold on to hope and self respect.
