@TAB Yeah anything derived from wheat and containing gluten, which gluten is in everything, then my egg allergy makes it even harder to find GF food, as very often they replace the gluten with egg.

How goes?
I had a very honest talk with my folks tonight after dinner, which was difficult but needed to be done. My mental health has been failing for a while...work is stressing me a bit and folks are moving house about the end of the year...taking me with them, but as I said to them, I just feel like more of a burden than I already am...and the sure fire way for my mental health symptoms to flare up is stress...my mood is going to shit and yeah...Anyway, it was good to talk...and helps to vent here...
...Things will work out; just a rough patch 🙂
