winter depression worse

i am struggling, my depression is terrible. its very cold, gloomy, dark and i have no motivation at all. i could be doing all these things eg. walk, gym, crochet - but i have no motivation whatsoever. I am hibernating a lot at the moment. don't care about much. i feel so low. i am angry at myself for not being strong enough to 'get up and do things'. my sleep isn't good, being a very light sleeper, hearing when hubby leaves for work at 3am, trying to get back to sleep for then the dog to wake me up at 4am to go outside. and then again waking me up at 5.30am.

i really hate this time of year, seeing so many of my friends travelling either overseas or interstate up north where the weather is much warmer.

i don't know why i came on here, i was tryign to chat online with Sane but decided to come on here and vent out my frustration and sadness.
