Processing a lot of emotions...
The meeting was grah but I have the opportunity to educate her now.
She said I need more humility because I don't ask for or accept help. I have copious evidential articles that explain how the need for control and dismissal of my self worth are a defensive mechanism that can be portrayed as pride but it's actually a mask for a deep seated and intense fear.
I may however be a bit arrogant when I'm right.

I can understand your reasons and i think it's valid that you have a mask and fear given the trauma that you've been through.
