The books do differ simply due to the length, Rowling didn't need to keep the books short but there are some elements that have been completely removed from the movies that are in the books, that being a prankster ghost as the most prominent.

I've been chewing through audiobooks

@avant-garde I have a fancy collection of the books that was given to me that sits with all my DVDs. I'll grab the first one tomorrow and start reading it, see how i go with it ☺️. I like the idea of there being variations between them though, that adds to the anticipation ☺️.

I've never read them either and neither has rebel, I do better with audio so jumped onto my usual library server. The prank ghost is funny but cruel, like a ghost Draco. But no more spoilers from me!

@avant-garde i am glad something good came out of my absence. But I have missed being here and talking to you, I've got alot to catch up on, especially sharing pics in the toolshed which I will start to do tomorrow.
