Welcome to the smile zone!

Hello all I'm creating this space for all to share something that has made you smile (or laugh). It can be anything at all, a funny meme, a joke, a picture, a quote or something that happened to you, the possibilities are endless 😊.

Life is rough sometimes and we often forget the moments that actually bring us joy even if it's only brief. Challenging ourselves to see these little moments can help to change our thought process and in turn help our brains to start to rewire themselves to see positives more than negatives. It doesn't mean that we still won't have those negative thoughts but it means that we can avoid getting stuck in that constant pattern by focusing on those moments that bring even just a little bit of joy.
