There's a Bucking Bull at the Gate that supposedly does baked spuds, might have to try it out one of these days.

Okay those korean potato pancakes sound AMAZING, will definitely have to hunt some down!

Also hot tip - aldi are selling bags of truffle gnocchi for $5!! I nabbed some recently and made pan-fried truffle gnocchi with garlic oil, rosemary, and thyme. Sooooo good!! 🤤😍

Oh yes it took  me many a day but got roast potato, baked beans cottage cheese grated cheese for lunch.

@ENKELI it's actually got a LOT of the same stuff as The Big Two, and it's definitely a lil cheaper. I have started grabbing as much as I can first and anything they don't have, I will flit up to the nearest megamarket for. Worth a visit mayhap!

@Jynx the main reason I haven't shopped at Aldi is that I like to support Australian owned as much as I can, and the nearest Aldi to me is in the mega shopping complex I try to avoid. My aunt shops there and sings their praises, plus friends in the east who've had Aldi for years more than we have in Wait Awhile have said positive things also.

The truffle gnocchi though, that really might convince me 😄
