I have had the luxury/misfortune of spending the entire day in bed due to depression & avoidance. The big question is … will I finally get out & make my husband & son dinner?! Problem is I know they’ll do it themselves anyway if I don’t. Amusing thing is I set up an app last night to develop better habits! Anybody got any tips? Sending positive Friday night vibes to all

@NightFury yeah it does. Last time I had it I had one day of being achey then the 2nd day my nose was stuffy from there i was pretty much ok.
