It's hard @Sam3 but as with the trip I just went on I just leapt into it.
The failing thing is a worry, and probably more for me, from perspective of letting team down, but I went. I did the event we were quite successful and it was fine.
That can build confidence when you just do it and it works out.
Maybe try to visualise succeeding?
