Something’s not right

Cycling and spiralling

Cycling and spiralling

I have now been awake for 32hrs with only 6hrs sleep Tues night..... the problem is I am so SO wired my eyes are like headlights shone into them...transfixed open.

My mind is racing I'm elated and I'm anxious as all hell.

I didn't go to work today because I was worried about my professional integrity (I'm in a leadership position) and that I would do or say something out of character.

The Dr has given me tomorrow off too but if I can get a decent nights sleep I am hoping to be right for work.

I even took PRN medication to try and get me to sleep last night and nothing....Ill try again tonight😞

I'm waiting for my pdoc to call me back..., I'm PRAYING he does.

I need help..,,, I'm escalated I'm on continuous fast forward and I'm scared to drive for fear I'll drive recklessly,

Auditory and visual hallucinations are thick and fast

Hi @Ayesha

Thanks for posting. How are you tracking now? Have you heard back from your dr yet?

It sounds like you are juggling a lot at the moment, thank you for connecting with the forums and reaching out for support.

Great to hear you have an idea of how to try and help yourself get some sleep tonight with medication, I'm wondering if there's anything else you find helpful to use too, quiet music, meditaion or mindfulness etc.

I'll send you an email shortly to check in.

Pebbles 🙂

Thanks for answering (I feel incredibly alone even on this forum) my pdoc rang me and we had a good chat he has upped one of my mood stabilisers.

I feel really low and disheartened I'm never going to get better and I'm going to have these challenges for life. I'm so high then low whilst my mind is still race race racing like mad.

I have a multitude of health problems and I suffer greatly .,., what I wouldn't give for good health
