Yeah for me @Blackcloud iv never put myself first when I decided to rock the boat in a situation where I live.
It certainly makes your days much better.
I went to see the Gp today about some problems iv been having. It felt empowering I kept on thinking about me whilst dealing with what I dealt with.
It's definately a personal thing.

I'm glad you're GP appointment went well, or at least it sounds like it did, and it made you feel empowered. It's a courageous thing to talk to your GP about things that are impacting you, so well done!
