@Blackcloud That's the weird thing, it's not love, more of a sense of loyalty to family, the love went a few years ago, when their web of lies became untangled and I was left with nothing, all in the name of family loyalty, believing their lies, deception and manipulation. I think it's also a thing of treating others the way I would like to be treated.

@Former-Member it definitely is! sometimes i wish i can know how to socialise and connect with others as well, especially when it comes to face to face and video calls. but unfortunately, having selective mutism at a really young age (when i started kindergarten) along with an autism diagnosis have all played and still play a major impact on my inability to socialise with anyone that way. sigh. but also, i guess being alone does have its pros too, but does also have some of its major cons.
