Hi I’ve got a Micropenis which I’ve been ashamed of for as long as I can remember. Now at middle age I can finally to see the merit of getting counselling about it. What are other people’s experience of it?

Thank you for sharing. Irrespective of what your challenge is, I hear that the emotions that come up are so real.
Counselling will give you an opportunity to talk through some of these big feels so hopefully you will feel more empowered. I’m guessing self-esteem may be impacted too?
I just want to say well done for reaching out. I recognise it takes a lot of open up about your challenges.

I think acceptance of self comes from within. Whatever others say, it's what is within you that will make a difference. @LarrySmith
You can have the 'perfect' body and not accept it even if others say you should.
Or, you can have the most 'imperfect' body and accept it.
