It was our go-to Cambodian dishes for Friday nights: rice with rare beef salad and fish and vegie soup, delicious as always.

It's a few km circuit [edited by moderator], up and down a steep hill, amongst rainforest. Challenges me every time. Although I managed better the last time I did it. It's a favourite amongst fitness enthusiasts.

Going to bed soon too @StuF hopefully we can have a good sleep

I am quite unfit but I am planning a 5 km hike in July. Not sure if that is one way or return. I am hoping the waterfall will be flowing but on a fine day.
