Frustrated

Frustrated

I am so angry, mad and bloody frustrated.

I feel ok one moment and the next it's like a bomb is going off.

In the last few years I've struggled and had some crazy stuff happen.

Marriage was almost dust.

Had a friend lie to my husband ending in almost an involuntary hold at hospital. Hilarious as the dr said I was of sound mind just under a huge amount of stress.

Lies got told them to family and friends this person was out to take my life over.

Almost ended in a report to police as for an amber alert on my kids.

This then got to my parents mind you I'm an adult so I'm not happy. They booked a dr appointment (as they wanted to get me somewhere private for care) without my knowledge or permission. It was charged to my Medicare and I did not attend that appointment. Ending in my medical records being changed.

An emotional affair/relationship that I had.

Ended in DV threats and harrassment to myself and my husband and kids. Stalking and trespassing included.

My kid having issues with you guessed it this affair guys kid at school. They are people who think their kids would never bully. Incidents at school and accusations from his wife that I'm stalking her even though I was in my street weird.

This woman is the one I'm really pissed with. I told her what her husband was doing with me. And she lost it wanted proof didn't believe me. Still doesn't... Untill I actually file the dv application. I'm freaking out about that.

I'm just want my brain to forget.

I have people over step and gossip share with me which leads to me checking making sure she can't see anything on the internet about me. Including school.

Its taking over my life.

Ugh

If you get this far

Thanks x

@RiverSeal

Thank you for replying.

I am going to call that number tomorrow.

Its super hard as it was an affair that I haven't spoken to many about other than therapy.

My husband are together and are working daily on us as a couple. It better than it was and improving all the time.

It still makes me feel so bad and I'm so awful and to have a DV onan affair is just not computing.

I'm just so angry the guy that I was having an emotional affair with he lied and is getting away with it. And his wife is gossiping and stalking intimidating me and my family.

I'm want to scream.
