Any painting lately?

had a bit of a rough week @tyme i witnessed a head on crash, shook me up a lot, i have been having severe panic attacks for the past 3 days. but other than that things have been going ok.

That sounds so stressful and traumatic. Is there someone you can debrief with and talk to about this?

It must be hard to sit with these thoughts.

I've experienced something similar in the past. It took a while for the flashbacks to eventually stop.

@tyme i was in the psych ward the end of last week, I ended up painting some quotes this time.

Im looking forward to perths 24 tomorrow. I have sooo much laundry to do. It rained most of last week and later this week the rain is back.

@MissGremlin thank you. I haven't been able to do any art for a while, it was nice to paint again. I spent most of my few days in the ward zoned out in the art room painting away my stress.

@The-red-centaur painting is definitely good to reduce stress and it's something you are amazing at doing.
