hey all! the support button error should be fixed now 😊

you may need to clear browsing data (cache and cookies) - here's a way you can do that (might look different depending on the type of browser you're using):

and you can also click on settings, then cookies, and clear that too.

let us know if the support button doesn't work or if you need help with clearing cache and cookies!

did you all clear cache & cookies before trying again?
does closing all tabs and trying again help? (this one worked for me, i had to close everything and open a fresh tab)

just asking those questions so we get more info to pass down to the team.
