@Cuddlebear day has been a bit messed up for me but I'm hanging in there. I've just really slowed things down to allow myself time to process things, brought it back to one minute and one breath at a time.

@MissGremlin I’m sorry it’s been a messed up day but I’m happy you are hanging in there. You’ve got us here too for anytime you need company or a chat.

My day has been pretty rough going. All I’ve done is scroll social media. I did manage a shower today after no shower for nearly a week so that’s good. I smell like coconut now much better. I’ve got the vascular surgeon tomorrow. Big day for me. Hoping I don’t need surgery or any more amputations. On top of being at risk of homelessness I’d say all things being considered I’m a bit of a mental mess but that’s OK lol.

My dog is currently licking my face and keeping me sane!
