I had the most bizarre reaction to a medication I took for an infection, I got a super bad migraine and now anxiety, heart palpitations and moodiness. I don’t know how to make sense of it, I did not expect SI to come out of it. My mental health was improving and I was getting better and made progress, now I’m disappointed.

Sounds like you have this under control @creative_writer and are doing all the right things! I hope you sleep well and start tomorrow on a different foot. I know that when I don't feel great or my head is not in the right place, a good night's sleep can make all the difference. RiverSeal ❤️

@RiverSeal I’m listening to delta wave music, I’m hoping it helps me get deeper sleep. I find getting that deeper sleep hard. Probably because my sympathetic system is activated. I need to somehow activate my parasympathetic system. Being in “fight and flight mode” and inadequate deep sleep affects quality of life and anxiety levels. No wonder why I’m such a stress head.
I’ll get getting for bed now, the bathroom is free now
