It’s annoying whenever I would have to contact the department housing office about stuff. Something about the staff there in general when talking to them is just… 😕🤷♀️

@Blackcloud really feel this. They can be hard to talk to, although I find most people hard to talk to anyway. Not sure how the rental market is where you are but it's very much messed up where I am at the moment.

@MissGremlin the one that's near where my parents live at (where i used to live at as well) the lady at the reception was the rudest person i've ever spoken to, so she was of course really unhelpful. now the office that i've just spoken to last week (that's near where i live now) at least the lady over there that i spoke to over the phone was ok, but i also got a feeling at the same time that she's probably not the nicest person to talk to - i dont know, i just got that feeling from her.

@MissGremlin Like she asks me to come to the office to manually sign the Centrelink form since they unfortunately don’t accept signatures that only have your name typed on it (which was I did & I submitted the application online), when you can instead just manually sign the form electronically as well and then submit it online that way (I did that the day after).
I’m not gonna go to the office anyway. it’s too scary, especially the staff. They’re hopeless.😂
