Oh and the cost she gave me is $75 for a 50 minute session as I’m on a low income (compared to the standard $100 for her 50 min sessions)

@Cuddlebear Yeah! i was reckoned by a couple of people I’ve spoken to to best find a professional who is officially diagnosed as they know better than every psychologists and counsellors I’ve spoken to that aren’t diagnosed and provided me suggestions/advices/tips that they think would help me ‘solve’ my issues, when in fact, it doesn’t - it drives me nuts how much they don’t understand & try to put themselves into my shoes.
