Hi @Pepsimax sometimes you just need to take a step back and say you can't actually help because if you do it will upset YOU. This is a really tough thing to do - I definitely know this - but it is important for your own self-care. If you can see that someone is really struggling and you are unable to help yourself then tag in someone that you know may be able to help or a moderator - this is ok to do - that is why we are a community - everyone helps where they can, when they can. Only do what you can - no-one expects anymore than that. Sometimes just liking a post is enough to tell the person you are thinking of them - and enough for you to deal with at the time.

It is especially hard when you are dealing with similar things @Pepsimax - there is somuch I don't read atm because I can't respond or eventakeit in... and that is ok because I can only help others if I can help myself first ....and at the moment I am struggling to help myself. That is also why if I can see someone else is struggling I wait to see if someone jumps in to help and if they don't I'll tag someone from my thread and ask them to help whoever it is in their thread. There is always a community guide or mod - or another member- around to call on. Don't take on what you can't deal with yourself in order to protect yourself.

...and giving a like to someone means something ...and you don't have to read the entire post to be able to do that But it does show that you know they are there and you recognise them!
