@Pepsimax can you think of something you could do to help distract you from the sense of being overwhelmed? Perhaps someone to talk to, or somethings you could do? Keeping busy or focussed on a task for a little while can be helpful. What speaks to you? Any ideas 🙂

@Former-Member I like doing colouring in watching tv doing stuff around the house have been doing this today tv on in the background don't know what else except need to be busy so don't think to much

@Former-Member yes I love craft things making cards scrapbooking beading I could do some scrapbooking forgot about this I have one on the go thanks for reminding me haven't done it for months since before Christmas wow thanks
