Whose birthdays are this week @Shaz51 ?

Easter is in the school holidays this year so will be resting up mostly @Bunniekins and depending on the weather maybe some gardening and more work in the garage. How about you?

@Zoe7 I will be spending it at home. I never travel at Easter too many idiots on the roads for the pea to cope with. Son2 will still be going to his program so nothing will much change here. On Easter Sunday son2 will still get his Easter eggs (he is 25) he loves the Easter egg hunt lol 🙂

I think we will have Sunday lunch at my parents' place @Bunniekins but that depends on the races and if they have horses in.

@Zoe7 I love a flutter on the horses. Been awhile but my dad used to take me to the races when I was a pre teen and used to get dressed up for it :). Have a bet each way on the horse that smiled at me 🙂

I am the complete opposite @Bunniekins - hate the horse racing and everything associated with it - gets very hard when that is all the family want to talk about at times.

@Zoe7 That is hard .... reminds me of a friend of mine whose father was crazy about chickens. He spent all her childhood breeding chooks. That was his primary interest not her or her sister. She hates chooks to this day.

I hope you are all doing well tonight

It does get tricky @Bunniekins I have to listen to them and generally want to walk away from the topic but have to put up with it. There is never a lunch, dinner or family get together that it is not brought up. My sister's partner gets annoyed with it too - we often have knowing looks between us - those ones that say I don't want to listen to this but have to! I can't say I look forward to being with the family much.
