Hope your day was a little better today 🙂

I set myself little "projects" to do @Pepsimax I don't go out often enough, because I still get panic attacks, but within the house I'm fine and I have a lovely property and beautiful balcony that has a lovely view over a valley. I'm surrounded my trees and there is quite a lot of wildlife here, even kangas from time to time.

I have a gym in my house which I don't use enough... I do use my treadmill quite often though... I'm working towards fixing my outside with people panic attacks... so that's my next step.

Does that ansswer you well enough?

yes I am very lucky.. and my property I should never have got, it was a very strange story on how I managed to secure it. Which makes it all the more fabulous. so @Pepsimax what about you? What do you do throughout your days? and yes.. panic attacks are horrible and I find them very annoying because they are irrational but there. Oh well. *shrug*
